Every new hire is assigned a mentor and a buddy to ensure they have someone to turn to if needed. Mentors focus more on the technical aspects of onboarding, while buddies are the "friends who show you the ropes."

At the beginning of your time with us, we won’t overwhelm you with information. We understand that everything takes time and everyone has their own pace for getting acquainted with theory before diving into practice. Therefore, you'll receive your first assignments after 1-2 weeks.

During your probationary period, you'll regularly meet not only with your buddy and mentor but also with HR, the team lead, and your direct supervisor. You’ll also receive feedback on how you're doing, what you’ve achieved, and where you might improve. This way, you won’t face any unpleasant surprises.
