Level.Skitrip, or when the team meets in the mountains!
At the end of March, representatives from Brno and Rotterdam headed to the Austrian mountains.
In the Austrian Alps, a great ski trip recently took place, bringing together people from across the entire company – from the product team, through marketing and finance, all the way to education and company leadership.
The days on the slopes were exactly what a team-building event should look like. Skiing, chairlifts, laughter on the slopes, and evening get-togethers after a day full of experiences. People who usually only meet in meetings finally had the chance to get to know each other outside of work.
The whole trip beautifully connected all teams and showed that good ideas and strong relationships often come to life outside the office. The Austrian mountains were not just about skiing, but mainly about spending time together, a relaxed atmosphere, and strengthening team spirit.
