A phone interview with HR includes an introduction of yourself and the company, a discussion about the requirements of the open position, and your expectations. Duration: 20-30 minutes.

Chat with developers to introduce the technologies we work with, continuation of the product team introduction, and better understanding of the applicant's experience. If a match is found, a home task is assigned to the applicant. 60 min. 

Homework assignment. In this step, you will work on an innovative task (with a time allocation of several days).

Technical discussion with senior team members: The solution to the task assignment that you submit will serve as a starting point for further exchanging ideas together during the discussion.
