HR Admin

What we would like you to have:

• A basic understanding of Czech labor law and an interest in staying updated in the area;

• Experience with HR processes as a plus (recruitment as sufficient);

• An interest in marketing and social media;

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of things;

• Availability to work 20–28 hours per week;

• Proficiency in Czech and English.

What you will do:

• Support our employees and management;

• Handle employee documentation (both electronically and in paper form);

• Contribute to managing our social media accounts;

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes;

• Organize team events, teambuilding activities, or job fairs;

• Manage employee benefits;

• Help build a positive and open workplace culture in our Brno Solution Center.
